Acceptance
By using ATHENIA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
AI Output
ATHENIA uses AI systems that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. ATHENIA does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, import, write, or submit to ATHENIA, including files, notes, prompts, and chat messages. You grant ATHENIA a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to provide requested AI features.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and process it through ATHENIA and its service providers.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Do not upload or request content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Do not use ATHENIA to create malware, evade security controls, commit fraud, harass others, or facilitate violence or unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt ATHENIA or its providers.
- Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive data unless you have authority to do so and accept the risks of third-party AI processing.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other purchases. App Store purchases are billed by Apple under your Apple ID. Subscription terms, trial periods, pricing, renewal dates, and cancellation options are shown before purchase and managed through your Apple account settings.
You can cancel an App Store subscription through Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Data Retention
ATHENIA retains account data, user content, chats, notes, uploaded files, prompts, responses, logs, and billing status as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion by emailing solesschong@gmail.com. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, billing records, and backups.
Acceptable Use Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for ATHENIA or others, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
Service Changes
ATHENIA may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, integrations, usage limits, prices, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.
Disclaimer
ATHENIA is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHENIA and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of ATHENIA or reliance on AI output.
