ATHENIA is an iOS app for working with notes, uploaded files, imported content, chat sessions, and AI-generated responses.
Can AI answers be wrong?
Yes. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important answers before relying on them.
How are subscriptions managed?
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests for App Store purchases.
How do I report a login or sync issue?
Email the support address with your account email, device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Delete Account Instructions
- Email solesschong@gmail.com from the email address linked to your ATHENIA account.
- Use the subject "ATHENIA account deletion request".
- Include any Apple Sign in relay email or account email you used, if known.
- We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible account data, uploaded files, notes, chat sessions, prompts, and responses, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup retention requirements.
